Report the breach to the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) of Québec, as required by Law 25. Maintain a register of all privacy breaches as required by applicable law.

Cross-Border Data Transfers Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside Québec or Canada, including in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside Québec, LATYS takes reasonable measures to ensure that such information receives a level of protection comparable to that required under applicable privacy laws.
Children's Privacy Our websites and services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
